Pearl of Wisdom(Pardon my stained nails *blush*)I actually think the picture below is more color correctTwo coats no top coatPearl of Wisdom is a shear white pearl with a gorgeous pink shimmer.I'm not one for shears but I will definately be using this for layering. I think this would be perfect for a wedding or formal. It's soft and feminine but not boring in the least.
